Here’s what you need to know about ordering, delivery, and support at Relativetry.

Order Timing

Your order is processed and shipped within 3–5 working days of purchase.

International delivery takes 7 to 20 working days. This depends on which fulfillment center handles your order and your region.

Your tracking number becomes active 3–7 days after shipment.

You can cancel an order only within 12 hours of placing it — provided processing has not yet begun.

We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped.

If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, contact Relativetry within 7 days of receipt.

We do not accept unsolicited returns. You must receive written approval and specific return instructions before sending anything back.

Relativetry reviews each request individually and may issue a replacement. Refunds are not provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to deny any return request.
